It was working just fine back in October so I have no idea what happened to cause this problem. I actually did, again I have no idea why launching F4SE from Vortex isn't working now. I am in-fact trying to launch f4se with Vortex, that's how I initially got it to work 4 months ago, same as now with reinstalling f4se through Vortex. Well, this is the Vortex SUpport Forum, so unless you're trying to launch f4se with Vortex, then I suggest you post this in the Fallout 4 support forum
